What is my order status?

Once place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number for shipping progress. If you are having problems receiving your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I change my order?

Orders are processed very quickly, usually within 24 hours. Once in production, your order can not be changed. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line CHANGE MY ORDER and add your order number to the email. You will receive confirmation if we have successful stopped the order. We will then instruct you on how to change your order.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only support domestic shipping. If you want to ship internationally, please contact us at [email protected]

What is your return policy?

If your photograph is damaged or your order is incorrectly processed, please contact [email protected]. We will instruct you on how to return your photograph.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Delivery

When will I receive my new photography?

Productions times vary. We typically have a 1-3 day turnaround to process the photos. We estimate 3-5 business days for shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $10 for shipping for orders under $100. Any order over $100 is shipped for FREE.

Why do you charge a flat fee for shipping?

We take pride in delivering your photographs in a timely manner but most importantly, we ensure your photo arrives safely. We package your photo with sturdy and durable materials to survive the journey. We take the time to do it right.
